Two men have been arrested for immigration offences after their boat drifted ashore at Camp Bay last night.
At about 7pm the RGP received a report from a member of the public that a vessel had lost power and was colliding with rocks along the shore.
On police arrival, the two men had left the vessel, but told officers they had arrived on the boat, and that they had no identification on them.
The two men, aged, 23 and 28, were then arrested on suspicion of being Non-Gibraltarian found in Gibraltar without a valid permit or certificate.
Both claimed to be of Spanish nationality, who were born in Morocco. Neither required hospital attention.
The two men are currently at New Mole House Police Station.
