Do you recognise this man?

Our officers would like to speak to him following a report of a stolen purse. 

The incident happened at around 1130am on Thursday 9 December last year, when a woman returned from shopping in Morrisons to her vehicle parked in Morrison’s car park. 

She placed her purse in the front passenger seat and left the door open, while placing her shopping in the boot.  

Later on, she noticed that her purse was no longer in the car. Her bank then confirmed that a transaction had been made in Morrison’s shortly after, and two declined cash ATM withdrawal attempts had been made prior to this.
