Two juvenile males, aged 17 years and 15 years, were arrested yesterday (7th February) evening by officers investigating a burglary at the Victoria Stadium Complex staff mess room on the evening of 4th February 2018.

It is alleged that the two juveniles gained entry into the mess room and stole £300 from a staff member’s property.

Additionally, the 17 year old was further arrested on the strength of warrant issued by the Magistrates’ Court for failing to appear. The 15 year old was further arrested for Breach of Court Bail having failed to adhere to a curfew imposed by the Court.

The two juveniles were interviewed and subsequently charged with 1x count of Burglary each. The two juveniles, who are currently on court bail, were refused bailed and have been detained in Police custody pending their appearance before the Juvenile Court this afternoon.
