39 Yr old Manuel Ballester was recalled from his bail yesterday and has been charged with:
The charges relate to his arrest by drug squad officers on 18th December 2018 following the execution of a search warrant. During the search just under 10gms of Cocaine and approximately 650 gms of Cannabis Resin were seized. Following his arrest Ballester had been granted bail pending the results of the forensic analysis of the seizures.
On being charged bail was refused and he has been detained in police custody overnight pending his appearance before the Magistrates’ Court this morning.
