2 local men, 25 year old Aaron Ernest ULLGER and 50 year old Ernest Richard ULLGER, and a 53 year old local female were arrested by Drugs Squad officer on the afternoon of Thursday 16th August on suspicion of drugs related offences and Concealing or Transferring the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct.

A number of search warrants were executed at various locations, including 2 residential addresses. During the searches 3 motorcycles, a large amount of cocaine - suspected to be of a high purity content - and a substantial amount of Ecstasy tablets were seized.

All 3 were detained in police custody overnight whilst investigations continued.

The female has been granted police bail.

The two men have been granted bail in respect of their arrests for Concealing or Transferring the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct and have been jointly charged with:

2x counts of Possession of a Controlled Class A Drug. [approximately 195 gms of Cocaine and in excess of 50 Ecstasy Tablets]
2x counts of Possession with Intent to Supply a ControlledClass A Drug [approximately 195 gms of Cocaine and in excess of 50 Ecstasy Tablets]
Conspiracy to Supply a Controlled Drug to Another.

Additionally, they have each been individually charged with:

Aaron Ernest Ullger
2x counts of Possession of a Controlled Class A Drug. [approximately 2.2 gms of Cocaine and 0.5 gms of Cocaine]
Possession of a Controlled Class B Drug. [approximately 10 gms of Cannabis Resin]
Obstructing Police.

Being the Occupier of Premises knowingly permitting the Supply of Controlled Drugs
Obstructing Police.

They have been refused bail in respect of the offences for which they have been charged and will be detained in Police custody pending their appearance before the Magistrates’ Court on Monday 21st August.
