Jet Ski Rules
If you’re lucky enough to be using a Jet Ski in Gibraltar this summer, there’s a few rules you need to be aware of.
Jet Ski users must not…
- Pass within 30m of an anchored vessel or swimmers.
- Exceed a 5-knot speed limit within 200m of a bathing area. This includes Camp Bay, Catalan Bay, Rosia Bay, Sandy Bay, Little Bay, Eastern Beach and Western Beach.
- Ride without Insurance and a Licence.
- Be under the age of 18.
Please remember to attach the kill cord to yourself so that the engine will cut out instantly, should you fall off.
