A 26-year-old male has today been charged with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving following a road traffic collision that resulted in the tragic death of a 55-year-old local man.
Julian ELLUL, of Calpe Road, has been bailed out to appear before the Magistrates’ Court at 1000hrs next Monday the 26th of April.
The collision took place on Monday the 5 th of April outside the Petroil Service Station on Queensway.
