RGP officers have interviewed three local juveniles after a stolen motorcycle that was driven dangerously at high speed crashed on the east side of Gibraltar.
The news follows a video that was widely circulated on WhatsApp showing the incident on Sir Herbert Miles Road – where the rider fell off and sustained injuries.
The RGP also received several reports of a number of vehicles having been stolen, with video footage widely shared of persons stealing motorcycles around Gibraltar.
In relation to these incidents, a local male, 14, was arrested on suspicion of Aggravated Vehicle Taking at around 11.30pm last Saturday night.
Two other males, aged 17 and 16, attended New Mole House Police Station for a voluntary interview under caution.
RGP Response Team officers also conducted three search warrants at residential addresses over the weekend in relation to the matter.
An investigation is ongoing.
