Did you know that you can request a number of police services on our website?
We’ve been busy updating our online form section over the past few weeks – so members of the public can be issued with various certificates without the need to visit New Mole House.
The forms include:

3. Company/Organisation Registration Form
4. Fingerprint Vetting Form
5. Firearms Application Form
6. Shop Hours Form
7. Police Certificate Form – (what used to be called the Police Good Conduct Certificate)
8. SAR Application Form
Please note, we won’t be accepting the older forms now, so please use these new updated ones.
