Witness Appeal
We would like to hear from any witnesses to an incident that happened just after 3pm on Tuesday 2 November.
At the time, several members of the public witnessed a vehicle refusing to stop for police officers at Corral Road. A police officer was then dragged by the car as it drove off.
Several minutes later the driver of the car was arrested at Wellington Front.
We are particularly interested in speaking to the member of the public who helped one of our officers at Wellington Front and anyone who has video footage of the incident recorded on their mobile phones.
