World Mental Health Day

Did you know it was World Mental Health Day last Thursday?

Police Constable Jason Russell, who is also an RGP Wellbeing officer, joined other local organisations at an event in Casemates Square to highlight the help that's available on the Rock, should you need it.

Jason, is also trained in the TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) process, which helps law enforcement officers and other agencies who have been exposed to traumatic events at work.

Of course, one of the best ways to help is to keep an eye on friends, work colleagues and loved ones, who may be going through a tough time.

And should anyone need help, there are a number of local organisations on the Rock.
